How to Pair Your DJI Mic to the Osmo Action 6 🛠️
The process is quick and only takes a few steps within the camera settings.
- Access the Wireless Mic Menu: On your Osmo Action 6 main screen, swipe down from the top to open the control menu. Tap the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner to enter the Settings.
- Enter Pairing Mode on the Camera: Scroll down and select Wireless Mic. You will see options for “Wireless Mic 1” and “Wireless Mic 2.” Tap on the first slot, and the camera will begin searching for a signal. 🔍
- Put Your DJI Mic in Pairing Mode:
- DJI Mic Mini & Mic 3: Locate the link button on the side of the transmitter and hold it down for about 2 seconds.
- DJI Mic 2: Hold down the record button for approximately 3 seconds.
- Confirm the Connection: The transmitter will start blinking between green and blue. Once the camera finds the device, you will see “DJI Osmo Audio Connected” on the screen. Tap Confirm. ✅
Repeat these steps for a second transmitter if you are using a dual-mic setup!
